ELEVATE Canada is our premier two-day conference experience in Vancouver (October 20–21, 2026) and Toronto (October 28–29, 2026), bringing together Travel Leaders Network members and Preferred Partners for focused education, collaboration, and meaningful relationship building.
Over two full days, the program includes general sessions featuring industry leaders and sponsor partner speakers, hands-on TLN workshops focused on maximizing network tools and programs, Preferred Partner education sessions, structured Roundtables, a high-energy Trade Show, and networking experiences including hosted breakfasts, lunches, and an evening reception.
Members leave with deeper knowledge of our tools and programs and stronger alignment with our wide range of Preferred Partners, all at a pivotal time of year as the industry moves into the busy winter travel season, creating an ideal opportunity for promotion, alignment, and forward planning.

As a preferred partner, you’ll have the opportunity to lead one of six concurrent breakout workshops during a focused 30-minute session block. Attending members will choose the session that best aligns with their interests, meaning your workshop will run alongside three others-but with a highly targeted audience genuinely interested in your brand and offering.
This add-on is available exclusively to partners participating in both Vancouver and Toronto with a minimum Trade Show commitment in each city. Integrated into the workshop programming, this dedicated 30-minute session allows advisors to opt in based on interest — giving you extended time to educate, position initiatives, and align strategically with the membership.

ELEVATE Canada will feature a Prize Board presentation at 4:00pm on Day 2 (30 minutes prior to conference close).
Winners will be drawn from registered attendees and must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize. The Prize Board will be located at Registration, where winners will pick up their prizes immediately following the announcement.
